Meet The Team

Tammy is our office manager. She joined North Point in 2018, as an insurance coordinator, and recently stepped into the roll of facilitating much of what is needed to keep the practice running smoothly each day. She loves the challenges and rewards that come from leading a team of truly exceptional people.

Tammy grew up in Idaho, but has lived in the Corvallis area for 35 years and considers herself an Oregonian. She and her husband Mike live in Philomath where they raised two sons and one fluffy dog. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports (GO BEAVS!), knitting, reading, wine tasting and traveling. She is also a self-proclaimed McMenamin’s enthusiast…If you know, you know.

Dani is our insurance coordinator, joining North Point in 2017.
Dani is a native Oregonian, born and raised in the Philomath area. She enjoys scrapbooking, photography, reading, and hanging out with her sweet dog, Bodie, and her two grand pups, Remi & Luna. She is all about family and friends, and she and her husband Brian spend many summer weekends camping with their daughters Meghan and Heather, and sons in law Mark & Austin.

Maggie is our scheduling coordinator, and has been in the dental field for 5 years. She loves helping patients and making them feel welcome and at home.
Maggie lives in Philomath with her husband, Danny, and their two year old daughter, Veasna. She grew up on her family farm and is thankful to still live there. She enjoys riding her horse, hiking with their dog, Malia, mountain biking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kong loves cooking and baking, and we love that she is a good sharer! She is consistently trying new recipes, and we are always willing to taste test for her! Kong and her husband, Tom, often attend local festivals, concerts, and go for walks with their furry kid, Lucy.

Rhiana is the welcoming smile you’ll see when you come through our door. She has been in the administration field for over 20 years, and absolutely loves interacting with people.

Rhiana grew up in a small farming town in Central Oregon, but has lived in Corvallis for 24 years. She and her husband Brian have four children as well as numerous pets. Rhiana is an animal LOVER and will stop at nothing to snuggle with a furry friend. She also enjoys any activity outdoors, including camping, hiking, OSU sporting events, and trying out the numerous wineries in the Willamette Valley.

Belinda is one of our dental hygienists. She received her dental hygiene degree in Bethlehem, PA, and has invested in the Corvallis Community for over 30 years. She is passionate about making quality preventative dental care accessible to all.

Belinda and her husband, Stephen, raised two daughters and a son on a hazelnut orchard south of Corvallis. She enjoys trying new healthy recipes, sewing, walking with her German Shepherds, and taking barre classes. She is involved with the International Moms Group at Oregon State University, and provides postpartum support to new moms. She is also a Cloverbud 4-H leader.

Emily is one of our dental hygienists. She joined our team in 2020 after graduating from Mount Hood Community College. Emily grew up in Albany and graduated from West Albany High School. She spent four years in the Portland area where she completed dental assisting and dental hygiene school, and is now back at home in the Central Willamette Valley. In her free time Emily enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family.

Jessie is one of our dental hygienists. She joined North Point Dental Group in 2021 after she finished her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene at Oregon Institute of Technology and graduated with honors. She strives to provide excellent care while creating a friendly environment.

Jessie has lived in Corvallis her whole life. She enjoys adventuring with her husband Ben, traveling, spending time with family and friends, being outside, eating sushi, going to sporting games (Beavers, Blazers, and Timbers) and trying new workout classes.

Maddie is one of our dental hygienists. She started working at North Point Dental Group in the spring of 2022 after receiving her Dental Hygiene license through Oregon Institution of Technology. She is from the Willamette Valley and enjoys being outdoors, camping, playing sand volleyball, golfing, going to beaver football and baseball games and most important, being with her husband (Daniel) and daughter (Hadley). Maddie strives to always provide patient-based care and commit to learning and staying up to date on current dental practices to best educate her patients.

Shannon joined the clinical team at North Point Dental after graduating summa cum laude from The Oregon Institute of Technology. She was born and raised in Canton, Ohio, but moved to Corvallis with her husband in 2006. After spending a few years as a music educator and several years as a stay-at-home parent, she decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene. Shannon loves meeting new people and is passionate about helping others, especially with their oral health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, playing her flute, reading, swimming, and roller skating.

Susan has been a valued employee of North Point since 2000. She spent her first 20 years with us as a dental assistant, and has transitioned to part time sterile tech over the last few years.

Susan was born and raised in Hawaii, and it is her favorite place to visit. Her grown children Rachel (Dave), Grant (Tessa) and Luke are a very important part of her life, along with her grandchildren, Makoa, Kawai, Deija and Makani.
Susan enjoys hiking, animals, being involved in the community, and educating herself about issues that involve diversity and justice.

Brandi joined our team in 2017. She has boundless energy, and is very committed to making our patients feel at ease, cared for, and comfortable.

Brandi is a native Oregonian, born in Salem, and grew up in the Willamette Valley. She and her husband Travis love being with their friends and family, camping and spending time at our area lakes with their two sons, Emery and Westen.

Hannah is one of our dental assistants, joining North Point in 2018. She has a very warm and caring personality, which makes her a perfect fit for our patients and our team. Her favorite thing about North Point is that it truly feels like a family to her. This team steps up to support each other in all that is needed to take excellent care of our patients.

Hannah grew up in Philomath, and graduated from the Linn Benton Community College Dental Assisting Program. She was married in February 2021, and she and her husband, Kyler recently welcomed their first child Stella. In her free time Hannah loves to go on walks with her daughter and her two mini dachshunds, Bodhi and Utah.

Jessica joined North Point Dental after graduating from LBCC in 2019. She is inspired by the challenges that come with her position and says she never wants to leave.

Jessica grew up in Albany, graduating from West Albany High School. She enjoys wake boarding and tubing at the lake. She also loves the fall season and just hanging out and laughing with her friends and family.

Rachel joined NPDG in 2019, and quickly became an important member of our team. One of her best qualities is her natural ability to help our patients feel comfortable and confident in our practice. She grew up in Albany, graduated from Santiam Christian, and then completed the dental assisting program at Linn-Benton Community College.

Rachel is a BIG baseball fan (GO BEAVS!), and loves sports in general. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and her family.

Sandy was born and grew up in Michigan and moved to California after college. There, she met her husband Tom, and the two eventually made their way up to Corvallis. Outside of the practice, she loves stand up paddle boarding, biking, playing disc golf, reading and playing word games. Especially Wordle! She is also an avid college sports fan, and closely follows the Oregon State Beavers and the Michigan Wolverines (much to Dr. Swensen’s chagrin ;). She and Tom can also be found hiking the Willamette River trails with their two crazy westies, Henry and Maddie.
